Jessica’s Signature 90 $140
A combination of Jessica’s favorite therapeutic techniques and tools used along with stretching, deep tissue, neuromuscular reeducation, and trigger point therapies. Tools can include hot stones, massage gun, heated Pink Himalayan Salt Stones, and essential oils. This massage will end with hot towels and leaving your muscles feeling relaxed and mind calm.

Training for an event or just got back in the gym and feeling it? This massage targets the muscle groups you’ve been overusing and neglecting to stretch.
Deep Tissue 60/90 $95/$130
For those that may have built up tension, stiffness, or chronic pain. Begins by loosening and lengthening superficial muscles to allow deeper structures of the muscles and tensions to be treated. Deeper techniques can be used to address postural abnormalities and tension patterns from old injuries.

A more classic approach with a gentler touch. For those who want to come in and relax and relieve tension. Leave feeling rejuvenated and pampered.

You have one problem area and limited time. Gives us enough time to address your area of concern and work on relaxing surrounding muscles and tissue.

Dry Brushing $30
Begin any service with a full body dry brushing to increase circulation for improved metabolic behavior which rids toxins, sheds dead skin and improves tone. Take home your own personal brush after treatment.
Stretching $18
Add 15 minutes of targeted stretching to any service. Special attention to any problem areas while promoting proper alignment and posture.
Hot Towels $10
Hot towels infused with scent of your choice will be used on the back, hands, feet, and face to sooth muscles and relax the mind, while leaving you even more moisture. Choose from Rose, Lavender, or Eucalyptus.
Rosé Foot Soak $18
A refreshing and enriching Rose-water milk soak followed by rosehip and coconut oil foot massage to deeply moisturize and sooth.
Rosé Salt Scrub $15/$22
Exfoliate and moisturize hands / feet while receiving 10 minutes of targeted massage. Available in Lavender and Rose.
Brown Sugar Scrub $15/$22
Exfoliate and moisturize hands / feet while receiving 10 minutes of targeted massage while using a more gentle but grounding blend.
